Your In Person registration fee includes:
- access to all scientific sessions, poster area and commercial exhibition
- live streaming of awards, plenaries and symposia
- on demand access to all scientific sessions and posters
- a light lunch and refreshment breaks on each of the main Congress days
- congress documents
- entrance to the Welcome Reception taking place on Saturday, 10 May 2025
- certificate of attendance and CME certificate (The congress accredited by the EACCME® with a maximum of 15 credits)
- Registration does not include accommodation or tickets to any social events (apart from the Welcome Reception)

Information for public transport in Copenhagen:
A reduced public transport ticket at DKK 36 (day pass per day) is available online at DOT Din Offentlige Transport (Copenhagen Public Transport)

The Copenhagen Marathon is running on the Sunday, 11 May 2025. The race track is in the center of the city, so it should not affect the congress at the Bella Center.
