Joint Congress of ESPE and ESE 2025 Informal Social Evening, 11 May 2025 from 19:30 at Tivoli Gardens
This year´s informal networking evening takes places at the famous and unique Tivoli, right in the heart of Copenhagen offering an evening to remember.
Relax in the atmosphere of the Tivoli Garden, enjoy the scenery, meet colleagues, make new friends and network with the Congress faculty while listening to lounge music and enjoying some finger food and drinks (open bar with wine, beer, soft drinks) – We hope you will participate in this joint evening of the ESPE and ESE communities.
Tickets are available at EUR 85 on a first come first served basis including finger food and open bar.
(Kindly note – entrance for the Tivoli evening is at H.C. Andersens boulevard 22 – do not use the main entrance.)

EYES-YES Social Evening, 12 May 2025 from 19:30 at Halmtorvet 9 Club
The EYES-YES early career groups invite all early career delegates to this year’s get together which will take place at Halmtorvet Club (Halmtorvet 9, 1700 Copenhagen) next to Copenhagen central station and the vibrant Oksnehallen area.
Please make your own way to the venue and look forward to a relaxing evening with fine drinks while meeting friends and congress delegates in an exclusively club location. A DJ will entertain with lounge and dance music.
Tickets* are available at EUR 20 for Early Career participants and EUR 40 for congress delegates and included entrance fee and two tokens for wine, beer, long drinks or softs (further purchases to be paid onsite individually).
